SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services towards the community.

SASSA will be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it's alarmed regarding the high range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office devoted to service the area on a regular basis.
